Like the other person who reviewed this nose ring, my long pierced hole started to get infected. I knew it was the crappy quality jewelry I received. I also needed a small ring with a threaded clasp. I stumbled across them and bought two. The smallest size available fits me, but it was painful for me to put in, put on and close. In fact, I only closed it when I was looking at the TV for a second and wasn't paying attention. Imagine! for even my little fingers had nothing to grasp properly. I tried using two tweezers but they kept slipping off and then I pulled the nose ring and my nose was crazy like 5 minutes. I bought 18 and it was too big. I bought. 20 and it was even a bit too big so I used a clear post to open up the hole even more and after that I had no problem attaching the ring. I bought a size up from the smallest and it doesn't fit my nose as snugly as I'd like, but I have no idea how I can put on an even smaller size and snap it without spending two seconds in a piercing shop. visit, so I'll stick to this for now. Basically I am very satisfied! My nose healed completely within a few days and the bugs and scabs don't stick to this ring like so many others do.
