I firmly believe that I received a defective massager. I bought this massager because both my husband and I suffer from back pain. I read the reviews before buying and bought this massager based on the overall good reviews. However, I have a massager that squeezes our skin and severely burns it due to excessive overheating in just two minutes of use. I have contacted Revain customer service several times to request a refund and have been told that I must return the item for a full refund. Such a waste of time and energy with so much bureaucracy, especially since I'm not in the US at the moment on an issue that could harm us. I've never made any other reasonable compromises. It's such a shame that the paying customers who build this company's brand are treated with such little disdain and indifference. Again, don't waste your time and money on this massager. The last message I received from Revain was to contact the manufacturer for a refund. I have to say I was so shocked to have purchased this item through Revain and not directly from this manufacturer that I have no contact information nor is this information provided by customer service. Then why should I be referred to this company if the item is faulty and defective? I've learned my lesson as I will no longer shop from a company that treats me this way. I am beyond offended and disappointed. I contacted the manufacturer several times but they ignored all my emails and refused to give me a full refund.
