I like that it is easy for retailers such as myself who are relatively new at this ecommerce game but have very little experience with an EPM platform (we started using Salsa just over 2 months ago). We were able to get up and running quickly without having much of any previous knowledge or expertise needed. It can be slow when you first start working in your account so make sure there isn't too many products/transactions going through before launch time! There really aren't enough features yet compared to competitors platforms which makes us feel limited sometimes. But we're learning what works best from them all. Our customers love being part of our community because of how interactive it allows them to become involved not only during their purchase journey but also after.
