Possibly a good product but poor support

I would like to rate this access point well, unfortunately it suffers from terrible Grandstream support. I had an issue with this access point which was delivering sub-par downstream performance (download speeds were as expected at 3x3). Your support team doesn't seem to understand English well or doesn't want to fix the problem. I did a factory reset, updated the firmware (at their request), isolated everything else on the network, and yet they still come back to the beginning and ask me the same questions (even with the details/answers I already gave) . ). I have asked them several times to initiate an RMA as this AP turned out to be faulty. It doesn't help that the hotspot gets blocked from time to time and I have to reconnect to it to troubleshoot internet connection issues. Maybe it's a faulty access point, all I know is that I isolated everything (also shows this problem on multiple devices). ) and Grandstream support sends me back to the beginning like we haven't made any progress and keep asking the same questions. There must be a language barrier or their technicians are not properly trained. Other than that, the hotspot was easy to set up, but there seem to be some bugs or quality control issues. It looked good on paper and probably would have solved my issues if it wasn't for the poor tech support. The best part is that the support process has become so long with repeated questions and answers that I can't go back.
