Review on 🔪 Rösle Stainless Steel Wide Crosswise Swivel Peeler - Efficient 1.5-inch Peelings by Danielle Rodriguez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I finally figured out how to select a manual lathe (from Rösle)

I used to buy a real rotary tool. A description states that it was designed for both left-handed and right-handed people. I'm left-handed and trying to manage the complexity of working with many tools (parsers, scissors, etc.) optimized for right-handers. But my wife would like a right-handed instrument and I would continue to adjust. We go right handed, I thought it worked fine but she said it didn't work. So here's the advice: you peel the skin off by pulling it towards you (like most people who clean with a knife) or pushing it away. I push back The wife refuses. The right-handed knife is based on pulling towards you. So the choice depends on whether you want to pull or push. Conclusion: With pushers, the hand is reversed. So a right-handed knife (left-handed and pusher) works best for me. Left handed works best for my wife (who is right handed and pushes). It just seems like some expensive overkill. However, if you want one of the spouses to actively enjoy the scrub, then be prepared. This tool will last for decades. I am willing to leave my instruments to my children and they will love them. for many more years. If you just want one-handedness or the spouses are going in opposite directions, weigh the odds against the cost and the opportunity. PS: I noticed a similar analysis from other reviewers. I apologize for the redundancy. But anyone who might be unlucky should trade their hand for a vegetable peeler. Then see if they can achieve nirvana with it.
