We use altos for all of our transcription needs including HIPAA compliant documents and we love it! No complaints at this time. It has been easy to set up templates, upload files and transcribe meetings. The customer service is excellent! My initial call was answered promptly by an agent who immediately referred me to someone else in order for my needs/questions were addressed properly at that time, not after weeks or months of waiting for resolution like some other companies I have used previously.
