Speedball makes the best silkscreening ink - it comes on smooth, dries at the right moment (not too early so it gums up the screen, not too late so that it we have to run it through the dyer multiple times), and looks terrific on many kinds of fabrics. Also easy to mix colors to create new ones! I've used Versetex ink, which is terrible -- it dries too quickly and always gums up the screen so nothing gets on the shirt. Usually have to do 6-12 pulls to get a clear image, whereas Speedball looks great after 2-3 pulls!
