I wanted to use my IBM Model M PS2 keyboard on my new computer which doesn't have USB ports. I tried this as StarTech usually makes good products. I used it with Windows 10 Professional. I'm a relatively fast typist and noticed a slight lag when typing. I could live with that, but sometimes it seemed like it was buffering keystrokes - when I hovered over the list, sometimes it just took off and flew, then stopped. I didn't have Sticky Keys or other accessibility features enabled. I ended up buying a quality USB mechanical keyboard and now everything looks fine.
