Breakdown - Used no more than 1 hour in total

Purchased in September. $14+ for a mini fan, no cheats. Used 4 times for a maximum of 20 minutes, no more than 1 hour in total. Moved out for 6 months because of the cold, so was not needed. Started it up yesterday, doesn't work, thought it was a charger, charged almost 20 hours, doesn't work. There is no movement. Dead. Broke so easily. upset. Second.
