This is my favorite controller. Works instantly with a home assistant with a LED stream component. I've had different versions of these for years and they work every day. Very happy with them and the price. The version I got this time was version 8. Previous purchases were version 3 so you can guess how long it took through the versions. There are some good videos on Youtube showing you how to set them up. Just google Magic Home and you'll find some helpful tips and guides on how to set it up.
