The product did not stand up. The lighting connector side wobbles in the white insulated hub and won't charge my phone. I received 2 emails, maybe 3, asking for a refund of up to $39 to remove my bad review of their product. I'm sorry, but I shouldn't be disturbed. I used the cable for maybe 3 weeks and it stopped charging my phone and part of the zip got very loose and wavy. I'm very careful how I plug it in and I haven't abused it. Stop emailing me and trying to repay me for voicing my concerns.
