When this item was first sent to me it didn't work, I'm not sure if both cables were defective or just not compatible with my device , but still requested a refund and sent it back. Instead of getting a refund they sent me another product (which is so annoying), I requested another refund but I just didn't have time to return it and the time allowed had expired. I'm stuck with an item that I no longer need.
