I originally received a pair of pink joycons and loved them so much! We now have this blue and green pair which my husband uses and he loves them just as much. The ability to change lighting and lighting modes on the joycons is a pretty interesting detail that's surprisingly useful when the room is dark. The alternative vibration strength options are also a solid plus, as either too strong or too weak can bother my hands during long sessions. If you have someone in your life who plays Switch a lot, or if you play yourself, they're worth the money and less than half the cost of regular joycons.
