I've used these mics a few times and they work well. Sometimes they can be a little buggy, but I'd say I've had no problems 95% of the time. The sound is decent, sometimes hoarse. Keep in mind that microphones are omnidirectional, so they pick up other sounds around the person wearing them and aren't as good in large open spaces. You get an echo effect when the room is not humidified. When using the included Lava mics, the audio is a bit muffled and you need to make adjustments accordingly. Right now I have them as a backup in case my main wireless mics fail. However, for 2.4G wireless mics, I would recommend buying Rode Go mics without delay. They're much more reliable in sound quality and their Lava mics are great, making them a very solid backup. Also, it's a new dual-mic assembly from SmallRig, giving you the same functionality as these 2-in-1s. Either way, these comics are good for the price and worthy of the hobbyist or a backup set for the pros in a pinch.
