The ease of use, it makes compliance easy to do with just one tool! I love how customizable this software really is so you can easily tailor your solution for what works best in your organization. There are many different ways to accomplish tasks but not all fit perfectly into our workflow (I work part-time as an internal consultant). It would be great if there were more modules available such as accounting module or insurance billing/payments. If we don't have exactly whats needed now then its hard when something comes up where you need another thing from them like they said their support team isn't very good at replying back sometimes even after emails asking questions about customization. Making sure employees understand the importance of HRA's and why HRAs should still exist instead of letting employers decide on what benefits people receive without any input. Also helping our staff keep track of who has been enrolled vs those eligible.
