Most earbuds/earbuds don't fit me and will "pop" out with the slightest movement of my head (I have tiny ears which my mom says is a sign of beauty but I'll buy it Not). When I first got them in the mail and opened the package, I quickly grabbed the smallest rubber sleeves and stuffed them in my ears. I was glad the headphones came with a couple of rubber pads to slip over the speakers and tuck into my ears. I was surprised how similar they were to earplugs as they block outside noise and fit snugly. That being said, each page has fallen out of my ears at different times, but I'm sure I can adjust them. Since they perform so much better than the Apple headphones I usually use, I keep them to myself.
