For the price I think this is a great cube organizer. For under $40 I wasn't expecting too much but I think it's great. It was perfect for organizing my daughter's toy closet. I don't think I would try to put her whole book on him, but he has absolutely no problem holding those toys. All their toys used to be kept in the baskets you see in the picture but they were hard to get to, they just piled up. I was so dizzy as my vision came together as I walked through the trash cans in the cubes. As you can see the standard cube also fits in drawers, however I prefer the clear plastic baskets as my toddler can't see what's in the fabric basket very well. This is personal preference only. A small mallet was included to assemble the unit. It was pretty fun and useless. Although my kid loved it.
