The best mascara for the lower lashes!
I love this bottom mascara. I work outside and sweat a lot. Also, there is a lot of water around when working and it is actually waterproof. Separates my lashes and makes them longer. It works great on the top for separation and length, but I also use the other for the top lashes. The stick is just perfect for the buttocks. The price is also a nice bonus.
