This works exactly like exoect, my most used tool. If you want to immerse yourself in a dense inactive environment, this is the best tool I've ever found for that and I've used about 8 others. My only wish is that they do it with a better grip. You break in your hands and the instrument and it gets a little slippery. Another tool I use regularly is the Myofascial Releaser Ellipse Plus, which has a well-made handle that works even when your hands are slippery. But this tool still works better for breaking stubborn, dense tissue. I'm so glad this tool exists, I didn't even deduct a star, just offered.
