Review on P5 Sediment Cartridges: Highly Effective 5 Micron Filtration System by Tylin Meyer

I've been using Pentek P5 filter cartridges since 2008. I change them every two months. Replacing the cartridge takes about three minutes. All the water used in my household first goes through this filter (household water filter). A new cartridge is sugar white, but after two months it will be the same color as sediment on the bottom of a lake or river (brown). When I first installed the filter, I noticed that white clothes looked whiter after washing and toilets could be cleaned less often. I also drink tap water and I'm glad I don't drink sediment with it.
