This bag is very attractive and very well made. I love the gray color and the lining is beautiful - the color really stands out. The layout is very convenient, and the presence of two padded pockets increases its versatility. The zippers are heavy duty metal, not nylon like many other work bags. It's obviously designed with care and well made. Unfortunately, I had to send mine back because it was too small for everything I had to transport: laptop, cables, files, a book or two, tablet, diary (yes, I'm still so old-fashioned) etc. - I thought about it for a long time , because I really loved it and really wanted it to work. But a few words about this company - after returning it I was contacted by the owner of the company who wanted to know more about why it wasn't working for me. Well this is a company dedicated to customer service! Although I couldn't keep it, I wanted to share why it's a great bag.
