I worked at Foley Hoag for almost three years. The firm was very well organized and seemed to be staffed by experienced attorneys. It's a large firm with many departments and sub-departments. I never felt like I had direct access to someone who could help me resolve my problem. There were times when I would call the office hours listed on the website only to no one answering or picking up my call. This happened so often that I stopped using the online calendar. Also, I found that I had to ask for help on numerous occasions because it takes an average of six months to get through the hiring process to become an attorney. Make sure you know what kind of work environment you want before going to interview there. They are all great but if you aren't happy with the culture, don't go. It will not be good for your career. I needed legal advice from an employment lawyer while I was employed at Foley Hoag.
