The quality was generally satisfied, there were minor shortcomings.

The tool does not replace a mask or balm, but goes as a care before washing. Apply before washing for an hour, then the usual shampoo + mask. The effect is about the same as if any other product is applied for an hour before washing: well, yes, the hair is softer than if there was no care at all, but there is no difference even with the mass market, not to mention the products from the professional.
