The ability to track results of sales calls, as well how many people are in each stage within an organization is so useful for tracking ROI after any call or email has been sent out into prospects/customers etc (also helps with creating more targeted content). Reporting can sometimes be overwhelming at first but this really isn't that bad once you get used it - if anything I've found easier than some other tools we have tried previously like Marketo where there's often too much data available which makes filtering through what info i need difficult when using report builder vs just exporting all my reports directly from SSRS instead!! Great tool overall though very simple yet powerful reporting system without having loads upon LOADS of un-needed information cluttering up our dashboards. I like that it helps me find new customers in my area quickly, not only for myself but also others within our organization who use this product as well. It's easy to set up accounts so we can see what is happening with each one without having someone else constantly checking them out or calling us every time they do business there. Not much of anything really except being able solve customer problems more efficiently than using other methods such as phone calls etc..
