I bought this mouse to replace a medium sized non-ergonomic office mouse. The old one had me squeezing it between my thumb and ring finger and it hurt my hands. I didn't care about its shape. This Kensington is slightly larger and has a large rear bulge that fits your palm nicely. And no I don't have very big hands =) I'm glad I got this and I especially love how you can change the mouse cursor tracking speed instantly by pressing the small middle button. The knob is positioned in such a way that it's unlikely to be accidentally touched once you've found the setting you want. The same with the side buttons "Forward/Back". I was nervous about them being so close to my thumb, but I didn't accidentally press on them. This was my first ergonomic mouse and I think it's really good value for money. by price. I'm planning to replace my home desktop mouse with one of these soon (I've attached the photos above for comparison).
