Not as bright as I was hoping

They're not as bright as I was hoping Hikari is all I use and I was hoping they would outperform some of their 'younger' bulbs but that seems to be the case. Let's see if the refrigeration part makes them last a little longer than the cheaper ones, but I haven't had any luck with them. I had blown a lightbulb in 4 years of using them, not to mention I have them in 11 of our vehicles from a farm truck to a daily driver to our tractors.
