Review on 🐾 Bissell 97D5 Multi-Level Pet Hand Vac Filter by Jasmine Jimenez

The Bissel vacuum that this vacuum comes with is great. I've had him for 9 years now. I HATE it when I dump it after use and then put it back together. There is NO way to tell if the filter is INSIDE or OUT, and there is NO way to tell which is right side up. In 9 years this is the most powerful handheld vacuum I have ever owned but I am still afraid of emptying it and then reassembling it due to the design of the FILTER. How on earth does this come to market? I put up with cleaning and installing the filter just because the vacuum is so strong. MARK FILTER FRONT, BACK, TOP AND BOTTOM.
