My favorite thing. I've been using for years. Every time I try a new product out of boredom I get dissatisfied and immediately go back to Giovanni. The shampoo does not rinse out. The air conditioning really does its job. I can also use it to detangle my hair with ease. My hair always looks very soft and healthy. I've recently started bleaching and dying my hair and my hair still looks and feels healthy. I can't help but think it's because of this product. I'm black with mixed textured natural hair if that helps anyone wondering if this will work for our hair type.
