I purchased an X-Large.

I'm 5'6" and weigh 145. There are only two things that were "slightly" disappointing and that was the opening of the legs on the back side are too large which allows it to roll up showing the buttocks (for 66 years old that is unattractive) and the padding and support in the top feels very thin and doesn't feel like it provides any stability to hold me in (I'm 38C and it's barely enough).Otherwise I'm impressed with the product and if improved, I would jump on purchasing it again.
