As soon as it arrived I tried to use it. It's large and easy to read, but I couldn't reset the dial. I immediately went online and looked for a manual that told me how to do it. He is not there! I read other reviews with the same complaint and one buyer said they had to hit the weight a couple of times to reset it. I refuse to pay almost $80 for a scale that I have to use to make it work. I returned this item online and UPS picked up the package the next day for a physical return of the item. It was surprisingly easy and I wish there were more companies like this!
