Product damaged twice: swaddle blankets

I order this product and it is nice and soft but the bow for one had an ugly bow and the second had a huge hole in the middle. I called Revain and got a replacement diaper, but then I was given another diaper with the same problem on the temple, again there was a tear in the middle of the band. Very disappointed as I have reviewed many diapers and this was by far my favorite. The material is good but the tailoring is terrible.
