First of all, understand that this phone is good value - it cost me about half the price of the next phone of this type (although there was one slightly smaller than this at the time, but not red) - Bought for my mom who needed a bigger handset to hold her phone. The phone works - no loud call (there are three settings, I would like it louder) but the light flashes when the call is made. It's lightweight and doesn't feel substantial, which can be good or bad depending on your preference. I gave it a 5 for the price and the fact that it works as promised. If you're looking for a working trimmer style phone for cheap then this might be for you.
