A lot of reviews talk about the perfect deal but life isn't always perfect. I ordered an exercise net for home exercise and when it arrived the elastic was overstretched on one side and wouldn't stay in place. I contacted podiumax immediately via email and received an immediate response from Marcia at customer service. I sent a photo of the mesh and they said they would send replacements immediately. It arrived within 2 days and she provided tracking information to make sure I received it and was happy. It's not always about having everything perfect, sometimes in italics service and companies that take care of things are more important. I couldn't be more impressed with Podiumax and Marcia!
