First, my measurements are 5'3", 195#, 35" waist, 45" hips. I ordered a large and they fit great They are very soft and comfortable. They didn't move at all during the 5k attempt. They have tummy control and compression. They're also knee tight and a bit thicker than my 90 degree leggings. If you're more of an apple shape (obviously am I a pear) I would suggest going up the size by 1 and if you are taller than me then you know they are shorter on your legs unless you lose weight like me I would get very tall I did 5km in 95° heat and was ok and i think they will work great in fall/winter as they are thicker material i plan to buy more flowers
