Review on πŸ’ͺ Surebonder PRO2 100: The Ultimate 100 Watt Industrial Temperature Solution by Tom Beland

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Throwback to 6 years! Solid and has good feed - maybe not 'industrial'

Update 6 years: Still working, only used for one big project. Can't really complain, especially since I paid $35 for it in 2015. I've owned and used several cheaper "consumer quality" hot glue guns in the past. I suppose most other people probably do too, so I'll compare this gun to them. It's much sturdier, feels better in your hand, and the trigger is big, giving you enough leverage to squeeze out the glue. . Does not drip when not in use. It feels like it won't break mechanically even with rough use. It has a switch on the handle and comes with a small detachable wire stand (as shown in the picture). The wire stand isn't the best, but it does the job. This gun takes about the same initial heat up time as the cheap guns I've used before (about 3 minutes), but once warmed up it's ready to use. almost always without waiting. If you're sick of your crappy hot glue gun but don't live with hot glue, then this is for you. If you're into hot glue every day, chances are there are bigger and better guns out there for you. I've used this with several different glue sticks and it works with all of them. Some of my favorite glue sticks are Surebonder H-810R (more milky, rubbery) and Stanley Dual-Temp (harder, with a slight bluish tint).
