Terrible customer support - a month later they still owe me a refund or a replacement
I bought 2 packs about 6-8 times. I like the strength/clarity of these readers. (But I call them "throw away readers" because I break a pair about once a month on average. Frames are very flimsy and made of brittle plastic.) But I still believed in it to the last lap. I ordered a set of 2 in September but there was only one pair of readers in the bag. They forced me to send this one pair back - not happy with the UPS trip. They acknowledged receipt of my return but I never received my two pairs in exchange. So right now I don't have any money and I don't have any readers right now. Poor customer support from this provider.
