I bought this raised bezel door router set for the first time to make kitchen cabinets. I ended up using a flat panel so I didn't use the raised panel part until I built a small entertainment center. The raised plate portion had some trouble getting through the oak. He wanted to catch and was quite scared even when I went with the green. I ended up making six doors with raised panels, and it looks like the raised panel door part is going to lose its edge pretty quickly. The other two parts for rails and stiles work great as I've built over 50 cabinets with them, but the raised top part left a lot to be desired. Again, I think this will be fine for small jobs, but I would be wary of using it for larger jobs that require a lot of raised plates. I also tried this with 2 different routers, one was variable speed and the other was set to production speed and nothing changed on the riser bit. The other two beats were also perfect
