Excellent set of shears. The handle is comfortable and ergonomic. Works great for everything around the kitchen. The knife is great for cutting fruits and herbs and is the right size for getting the job done.
- Scissors are good. Poultry shears not wonderful. Safety catch loose.
- The shears may not be able to handle more heavy-duty cutting tasks and may require a separate set of heavier scissors for tougher jobs
