Review on Xiaomi TV Stick 4K media player by Stanisaw Lewczuk ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

Initially, one feels a sense of joy. I was able to connect without any issues and get everything set up in less than 10 minutes all thanks to reading the advice thoroughly. The image quality is superb, even surpassing that of a laptop connected via HDMI. I made the connection, and security was increased across the board. The cartoons were scattered, so I bought this for a kid. I won't say that everything goes well; it takes time to download apps, but the apps themselves don't have any stumbling blocks. There are flawless copies of videos shot in deserted locations everywhere you look. I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse set up, but I rarely use them because voice search accomplishes all I need it to. In-depth discussion of audio next. The signal strength from the stick is set to half-power by default. If the TV is not initially set up to be controlled by a remote, this can be altered by adjusting the volume using the included stick. I'm not sure how it works in the actual settings of the stick.

Pros
  • image, usability, and quick link
Cons
  • 1. The sound is off in some way, and I haven't worked out what it is. You have to crank up the volume very high (to the point that your head hurts) in order to hear and understand anything, and even then it's difficult at best. After I switched the downmix to stereo, the whole thing clicked. 2. While Xiaomi functions well with a reflashed router in one apartment, it frequently freezes up with a standard Rostelecom router in the other. Something needs to be modified with the set-top box and router pairing, but I haven't given it much thought yet. This isn't a problem with the set-top box itself, and it's not a problem with the communication channel (a 35 Mbps channel delivers). To be continued Third, I could be missing something obvious, but I haven't been able to initiate playback from the NAS yet, despite my desire to control everything with a single remote.
