They are best for personal hygiene.

This is a large size. They definitely exfoliate. I love it. Unfortunately, they are very, very difficult to keep. I bought similar ones and liked them a lot but they were too small. I thought they were the same but they are not. They don't lather like my others. I will continue to use them and hopefully they will become softer and easier to hold. In the meantime I put another rag on the soft side of this one to hang and hold a good lather; This works great, I just don't like using 2 rags in the same shower.

GOOD MATERIALS AND COMFORTABLE SIZE: The rough side of the scrub pad is made of nylon, the soft side is made of terry cloth, they are not heavy even when foamed, the red edges are reinforced to prevent tangling, size 10, 63 x 9.05 inch / 27 x 23 cm, ideal for hands, suitable for adults and children.
