Thank you! This is a wonderful product of SYNCWIRE USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 Network Adapter. Connected and it works great. Bought an INSIGNIA brand USB Ethernet Adapter from Best Buy, had to install the software but the adapter still didn't work on a PC or Mac. Its troubleshooter asked me to download an additional driver from Taiwan. Haven't worked yet. I searched the internet and found that I am not alone. Many other people have had problems trying to use the INSIGNIA adapter. Had to return to Best Buy. Lesson learned: if you see someone has written about a product before, don't buy it. The SYNCWIRE adapter has five stars, so I ordered it from Revain. And really, plug and play, everything works. Thank you SYNCWIRE.
