Review on Viakix Womens Hiking Sandals Comfortable by Michael Freemason

The reviews here said these were the most comfortable sandals for heavy use, so I bought these ahead of a trip to Hawaii full of beaches and hikes. They wore them in the store for hours to break, they were fine. I like how they're adjustable and easy to clean as the bottoms are a single stretchy plastic substance that doesn't have any sand or mud stains to hide, which is a plus. They also withstood walking on lava rocks, sand, wet rocks etc which was great. No clutch problems or breakage. However, with active walks for the whole day, they get SICK. Blisters on the back of the heel and on the tips of the toes where the soles of the feet rub, no matter how painful the straps are adjusted. Great for 1-2 hour hikes, errands, daytime wandering around town etc. but this is not an all day shoe unless you have severe calluses on your ankles and feet.
