Review on Zwilling J.A. Henckels Professional S 10-Inch Chef Knife - German Kitchen Knife, Stainless Steel Blade, Black Handle by Carolina Hefa

I got this knife for Christmas. I love quality knives. I'm not a chef; but i love the quality. This knife stole my heart. Her name is Berta and she has her own relaxing space in my house. Until now, my pet didn't have a name. But she was excellent and I know she feels forgotten these days. I feel a little guilty for neglecting her. She's only 8 inches and that's fine. I personally prefer a large 10 inch blade when working with meat. Berta is my height of choice at 10 inches and has a sharp edge to almost shave. I like Bertha's weight and I would like to have her sisters sometime in the future. I also want to buy a wall seat for her and her sisters. I give this knife 5 stars for the blade, weight, feel and shape. It lasts for several lifetimes with little maintenance. You will not regret this purchase.
