Review on Wurkkos Flashlight Rechargeable Magnetic Activities by Sean Sitton

My first device didn't charge at all. At first I thought it was a USB-C compliance issue, as did another customer, but mine didn't charge when plugged into USB-A to C either. It only turned on when actually plugged in. I had to return it. When the seller/manufacturer saw that I had initiated a return they contacted me to find out what had happened. They were very polite and said they would give my flashlight to one of their engineers when they got it back to make sure it didn't happen again. My first rating was one star. However, given the seller's proactive approach, I will update it if they determine there is a problem. The replacement device that was sent to me works as intended, although not as expected. The listing has been updated based on my feedback to the seller, but it's worth noting that this device ONLY charges via USB-A to C. You CANNOT charge it with USB-C to C. The seller informed me that it works on a redesigned version of the product that charges from USB-C to C. While the original unit that I received was defective, the replacement unit appears to work as intended by the manufacturer and seller. I wish it could charge to C via USB-C, but the seller has updated the listing in the meantime. The seller was very polite, helpful and helpful throughout the situation.
