The package came almost a month. When it finally arrived we were disappointed with the way it was packaged. The shrink wrap was so tight we couldn't even tell it was the large kennel we ordered until it was opened. It is easy to assemble, but there are outer deep creases everywhere. And over a month later, the wrinkles are still there and appear to be permanent now. The kennel tips on its side when our dog enters; untenable. It was difficult to pack for return so we kept it to ourselves. Wouldn't buy again and also seems overpriced based on the overall quality and packaging.
