Fits TTS - maybe a little small.
My daughter loves her. They are very sweet. BUT they cause blisters on the inside of one of her legs if she doesn't wear socks with them. A leg if she wants to carry it. She still wants to wear them, even with a bandage. Very cute shoes! My daughter is a 12.5 and we are a 13. They fit her well so maybe a size up if in between sizes.
