I bought this charger for my RAV4 Prime XSE. I've had the charger for a few months now, everything is fine. It was the only compatible charger I could find that was long enough to run from a garage outlet to a car in the driveway. My original charger that came with the car took 12 hours to fully charge. Now it takes me 3.5 hours and I can set up my car's charging schedule to use my super off-peak times at night. When the charge is full, it will turn off automatically. Check your outlet to make sure it fits. After doing some research, you also need to make sure that your battery size is compatible with this type of charger. Before purchasing, I checked my battery manual to make sure it matched the correct voltage on the outlet and charger. Luckily I had a friend who advised me on finding a tier 2 charger. If length is not important there are cheaper chargers out there. I couldn't find another compatible charger of this length so for the price I didn't have a choice. Overall I am very happy with this charger.
