Review on Knitted Socks: Explore 26 Inspired Designs Around the World by Amanda Castillo

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love colorful socks!

I'm glad books for beginners put so much emphasis on them that there are still some publishers that put out books that experienced knitters like. I love colored knitting, so I'm thrilled that 16 of the 26 patterns in this book are colored socks. Around the World in Knitted Socks features patterns from traditional knitting locations such as Scotland and Norway, as well as patterns inspired by Italy and Switzerland. Knit trim, embroidery, side construction, travel stitching, beading. It's been many years since I've seen a book that suggested so many twisted sock patterns I want to make.
