I have a 14 year old Honda Crosstour. I bought this filter ahead of a scheduled car service because I like to have everything ready for the service. However, when I tried to replace my old cabin filter, this new replacement was about 1/2" shorter than the original and couldn't be used due to the large 1/2" gap. I have to throw away this unused item. When I bought this product I knew it would fit my car but it didn't. I can't return because the return period has expired. It seems that the manufacturer of the product has no idea about their own product. I will never buy anything from this seller again.
