I must admit, I was a bit skeptical of the quality given it's sales price. I use it when I conduct appraisals as it is easier to keep all of my things with me (laser measuring device, camera, files, pens, pencils, a flashlight, and such) in a satchel than trying to carry it in my pocket and on my belt. This feels like a quality product and the canvas is not flimsy. I've only used it for a week but I am happy with it. It's not overly large and does not have a laptop compartment that is padded but that is not what I needed. It has a few interior pockets, two front pockets, and an exterior pocket on the flap. If you need something to carry a few things and want a more masculine look and strong canvas then this is a great buy. It can carry a laptop and/or tablet but there isn't a designated slot that is padded. It's still a great value for a satchel.
